Welcome! I'm Natalie Torres, HC

I'm a certified Health Coach and Behavior Change Specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 2019, with a passion for helping people create meaningful, sustainable change in their health and daily lives. It would be an honor to support you on your journey, wherever you're starting from.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in an all-or-nothing approach to health, I see you—because I’ve been there too.

For years, I equated health with restriction and perfection. Like many of us shaped by diet culture, I measured success by numbers and willpower. I’d commit to rigid plans, only to abandon them the moment life got messy, then blame myself for “failing.”

But those plans were never meant to support real life. They weren’t flexible, joyful, or sustainable. They taught me to ignore my body instead of trust it.

Everything started to shift when I began exploring a more holistic, compassionate approach to health, one rooted in listening, not punishing. Coaching others over the last few years helped me see even more clearly: the standards I held myself to were ones I’d never ask of someone else.

Now, I help people create healthier habits without extremes—habits built on awareness, not obsession; structure, not shame.
